Methanol cracking conversion to hydrogen production catalyst

Our developed catalyst for the methanol cracking based hydrogen production can be used in the synthesis of H2 + CO2 from the methanolsteam. In this Cu-Zn-Al catalyst CuO is the main body and ZnO and Al2O3are separator. With the new precipitation technologya new type of additives is added, which makes it with the good property of high effective copper surface area ,high activity and stability, big pore volume and good pore size distribution. The performance test results show that the catalyst has been at the leading level of similar products in China and abroad.


2, The molecular sieve for the hydrogen preparation
We have an advanced non-adhesive multi-cross-baking production technology for our molecular sieve for the hydrogen preparation .The adsorption capacity, strength and heap weight standard are significantly higher than the same type of adsorbent and it is at leading level in this area.


3, The molecular sieve for the oxygen preparation
Our developed LiX molecular sieves for PSA oxygen production are with the characteristics of large nitrogen adsorption capacity, high coefficient of nitrogen and oxygen separation, easy desorption and so on. Its nitrogen adsorption capacity is 2-3 times of the A type oxygen molecular sieve .The nitrogen and oxygen separation factor is more than twice of A type oxygen molecular sieve, so the energy consumption and operating cost can be reduced significantly by our molecular sieve  .
