1.Recover pure hydrogen from a variety of hydrogen mixture to (PSA-H2)
The raw gases are:
Conversion gas, refining gas, semi-water gas, city gas, coke oven gas, fermentation gas, methanol tail gas, formaldehyde tail gas, refinery catalytic cracking dry gas, refinery off - gas, Other hydrogen containing sources,
H2 purity can be up to 98 ~ 99.999%.
2、PSA-CO Carbon monoxide separation and purification (PSA-CO)
Pure carbon monoxide is recovered from a variety of carbon monoxide-rich mixture. The raw gases such as: semi-water gas, water gas, copper washed regeneration gas, blast furnace gas, yellow phosphorus tail gas and other sources of carbon monoxide gas, CO purity is 80 ~ 99.9%.
3、 The removal of carbon dioxide (PSA-CO2)
The removal of carbon dioxide from shift gas can be used for decarbonization in synthetic ammonia, methanol production processes, and other applications where carbon dioxide removal is required such as urea plants
4、Carbon dioxide separation and purification (PSA-CO2)
Pure carbon dioxide is recovered from a variety of carbon dioxide-rich mixed gas Its raw gas are: limekiln tail gas, fermentation gas, shift gas, natural mine gas, and other sources of carbon dioxide gas, the CO2 purity is 98 ~ 99.99%.
5、 Biogas concentration and purification
The methane (CH4) rich biogas is first compressed by compressor; after desulfurization, the impurities are got rid of with pressure swing adsorption technology, then the high purity concentrated methane gas are separated .
6、 The removal of hydrocarbon component which is above ethane (PSA-C2)
Pure methane is made from the removal of hydrocarbons(ethane above)in the natural and associated gas.
