In view of the state's new environmental protection emission requirements for coal chemical enterprises,the tail gas containing acid gas produced by coal chemical enterprises must meet the relevant indicators of the Ministry of environmental protection in order to discharge.Some areas even require exhaust emissions from related enterprises to achieve super clean emissions.Fareast Tech has carried out technical research on the treatment of acid gas tail gas in coal chemical enterprises, and has now issued "YD-II Clean Sulfur Recovery Technology".According to the products,the technology is divided into "YD-II Clean Sulfur Recovery -Acid Gas Sulphuric Acid Technology" and "YD-II Clean Sulfur Recovery - Acid Gas Sulphur Technology". This two schemes can achieve high efficiency of sulfur recovery, and there are many sets of devices in use in China."YD-II Clean Sulfur Recovery Technology" can not only make the coal chemical exhaust emissions meet the requirements of the national super net emission, but also realize the "waste transformation of the tail gas", which has achieved the effect of "one stone double carving".
The technical success comes from the research platform,we established the Engineering Technology Research Center with Ningbo Institute of Industrial Technology (CNITECH) and have established close technical cooperation with Tianjin University and the Southern Environmental Protection Company of the United States.The technical team has brought into full play its own skills and opened up a new technical way for ultra clean emissions in China.

(1) The investment is small, the floor area is small, the operation cost is low, and the operation flexibility is big;
(2) After treatment, the tail gas can reach the super net emission standard,SO2≤25mg/Nm3,H2S≤10mg/Nm3;
(3) Sulfur yield is high, quality is good, sulfur products meet national standard GB/T 2449-2014 superior products;
(4) Using low temperature catalytic incineration technology, the cost of tail gas incineration is greatly reduced compared with the traditional incinerator.
