In the hydrogenation process due to the temperature and reaction time, space velocity, temperature and other effects, the final exhaust also contains a certain amount of organic sulfur, after burning it is emitted into the atmosphere as SO2, resulting in emissions can not be up to the standard.

(1) Purpose
The process is developed in order to meet the more strict environmental requirements and overcome the problem of the organic sulfur hydrolysis catalyst in the existing Claus process both domestic and abroad, and to solve the high organic sulfur problem in the raw gas, effluent gas.

Rare metals with Lewis basicity: lanthanum and lanthanide series metal oxides, titanium, cadmium, molybdenum, zinc, barium, lead, yttrium and so on.
