The complete set of ethylene glycol catalysts developed by our company are suitable for (coal based) synthesis gas to react with dimethyl oxalate to ethylene glycol. The palladium-based coupling catalyst adopts unique eggshell structure design to realize the good dispersion of precious metal palladium and effectively reduces the dosage of precious metal palladium on the premise of guaranteeing the catalytic performance. To the production of oxalic acid ester synthesis catalysts shows excellent catalytic performance and stability, the reaction temperature 110-140 ℃, pressure of 0.3 to 0.5 MPa operating conditions, oxalate selectivity 98.5% or higher, the space-time yield is greater than 600 gDMO/(Lcat. H) or higher, the service life of the catalyst can reach more than 3 years; The copper base hydrogenation catalyst is modified by new structure auxiliaries and new preparation process, with excellent dispersity of copper species, appropriate Cu+/Cu0 ratio, strong interaction between copper species and carrier and good mechanical strength. Hydrogenation catalyst in oxalic acid ester hydrogenation production shows excellent catalytic performance and stability, the reaction temperature 165-175 ℃, 2.2 2.6 MPa pressure, hydrogen ester than 60-80 under the operating conditions of oxalate ester conversion rate is as high as 100% and ethylene glycol 98% or higher selectivity, space-time yield of 300 or higher gEG/(Lcat. H), the service life can reach more than 1.5 years. This series of catalysts have been in the leading position of similar products at home and abroad.
